A handmade artisan pasta produced in by an Italian family based in NJ, since the 1970's. One of the oldest and most traditional pastas, Severino's homemade pasta shapes are first extruded through brass dies and then dried for 24 hours. Served al dente, they are great before a main course or served as a meal in itself.
